About The Client

Our client is growing fast and looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their dynamic team. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves hands-on work, problem-solving, and making a real impact in a high-growth environment. You’ll work closely with the Customer Success & Operations Lead to support and enhance a cutting-edge headless CMS, high-performance hosting platform, and programmatic ads system—all designed to help media companies scale effortlessly.

About Role

The Senior Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for contributing to projects that involve headless CMS migrations, frontend and backend development, and performance optimization. The role requires collaboration across different time zones and the ability to provide strategic insights to help shape the engineering team and its processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead headless CMS migrations, including frontend development using React and backend using Node and WordPress configurations.

  • Optimize hosting environments and CDN solutions, such as Fastly.

  • Troubleshoot and provide customer support to ensure platforms operate smoothly.

  • Develop and deploy new product features to enhance performance and functionality.

  • Collaborate across time zones to ensure smooth project handoffs and clear ownership.

  • Offer insights on team structure and tools, contributing to the future of the engineering team.

  • Develop prototypes, write test plans, and set measurable goals for projects.

  • Mentor other engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.

Requirements

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on web development.

  • Proficiency in React, Node, Express and WordPress.

  • Work experience with AWS, and Fastly or similar CDN solutions.

  • Experience working with high-traffic media sites or large-scale web applications.

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team connections.

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Ability to contribute to large projects.

  • Experience in setting goals, writing test plans, and conducting code reviews.

  • Ability to gather requirements, negotiate scope, and align with business objectives.
