About the client

We are a platform that helps businesses build scalable content creation workflows powered by AI, APIs, and automation. Our customers, including well-known companies in various industries, rely on us to integrate their data, automate complex workflows, and generate high-quality content at scale.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Local Team Lead – CX & Sales Engineering to oversee a team of engineers who design and implement customer solutions on top of our platform. This is a critical role that bridges our core CX function, engineering team, and customers.

Role Overview

As the Local Team Lead for CX & Sales Engineering, you will be responsible for:

  • Building & Leading a Team – Recruiting, managing, and mentoring a team of engineers focused on customer solution builds. Ensuring efficient execution while fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Solution Engineering – Developing scalable, high-leverage customer solutions that integrate API calls, Python, JavaScript, large language models, and structured data to create content workflows.

  • Customer Collaboration – Engaging directly with customers to understand their needs, scope technical solutions, and guide implementation. Representing Client's brand on customer calls and ensuring smooth delivery.

  • Process Development – Establishing best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and repeatable frameworks to improve solution development and project execution.

  • Cross-Functional Execution – Working closely with CX, product, and engineering teams to translate customer challenges into scalable solutions. Helping define best practices for customer builds that contribute to core IP.

  • Project Management – Creating structured workflows and project management systems to ensure timely and efficient delivery of customer implementations.

  • Technical Execution & Oversight – Ensuring the technical quality of integrations and workflows built by the team. Supporting engineers in problem-solving and solution optimization.

This role is not about building client’s core platform but rather about leveraging it to create effective customer solutions.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience Leading Teams – Proven experience managing and scaling technical teams, particularly in customer-facing solution engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting.

  • Technical Expertise – Strong knowledge of API integrations, Python, JavaScript, and LLM-driven workflows. Experience in content automation or AI-powered solutions is a plus.

  • Process-Oriented Mindset – A passion for developing structured, repeatable processes and improving operational efficiency.

  • Customer-Facing Ability – Comfortable presenting technical solutions to customers and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Experience working with remote teams and interfacing between CX, engineering, and product functions.

  • Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to break down ambiguous problems and turn them into scalable, well-defined workflows.

  • Project & Execution Excellence – Strong organizational skills with a track record of delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
