Assistant Manager, Digital Sales

The Assistant Manager, Digital Sales & Marketing, supports key promotional initiatives by managing and sourcing digital assets, ensuring assets acquire necessary internal and external approvals, submitting discount offers for promotions, and validating that pricing is set correctly for pre-orders and launches. This position manages all the creative briefs, social/CRM support requests, asset management and delivery, localization, and marketing copy for all digital partners.

Responsibilities

  • Leads creative briefs and strategy in support of digital sales marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinates and secures internal support for discount promotions across Square Enix O&O channels.
  • Facilitates creative assets between 1st and 3rd party digital distributors.
  • Manages all discount submissions for digital partners across Square Enix West.
  • Collaborates cross functionally with Digital Sales, Strategic/Regional Marketing, and Creative services to seamlessly support digital sales initiatives.
  • Ensures all pricing across digital partners is input correctly prior to pre-orders and launch.
  • Performance Measures: marketing initiative impressions, discount submission accuracy, and sales revenue.
  • 2-3 years proven experience in digital sales, operations, marketing, or related field.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in execution.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and industry trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Negotiation skills and experience in partnership management are desirable.
  • Experience in the digital or gaming industry is a plus.
