Staples is looking for an Asset Protection Manager to join our dynamic supply chain team in Madison County, OH. If you're passionate about protecting assets and ensuring the integrity of our inventory, this role is for you! As the Asset Protection Manager, you'll play a critical role in overseeing initiatives designed to combat inventory loss, theft, and fraud. You'll manage a team of Asset Protection Associates, guiding them through hiring, training, and critical incident management to ensure we maintain secure and efficient operations. With responsibilities ranging from conducting audits and data analysis to developing workplace safety programs, your contributions will help create a safer environment for all employees. Your expertise will also be vital in working closely with Risk Management to develop corrective strategies based on accident data, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing workplace violence mitigation. To thrive in this position, you'll need a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, as well as 5-8 years in loss prevention with supervisory roles.
