You will be reporting to Pilar, our Director of Data and lead a team up to 5 Stuwies. 


What will I be doing? đŸ€”
  • Lead, inspire and guide team members, fostering professional development and a culture of proactiveness, business partnership, innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Build data pipelines and model data in our data warehouse, to allow anyone across the business to interact with data in the level of detail they need.
  • Lead data projects from start-to-end, from requirement gathering to fostering adoption of the newly created data assets.
  • Understand the developments in the business, and translate them to technical / data needs.
  • Propose improvements to our data models and work together with the Data Platform team to improve our data toolkit.
  • Work together with our analysts to build scalable reporting. Foster data discovery and strengthen data knowledge across the company by writing comprehensive documentation and metrics definitions. You’ll go the extra mile to teach what you know about our data and toolkit.


What do we need from you? 😎
  • Have 3+ years of management experience, with proven experience building and implementing strategy and a clear roadmap for your team/s
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
  • 4+ year of experience working with dbt, SQL and data warehousing
  • 4+ years of experience working with Python and its relevant data analysis modules (pandas, numpy, matplotlib, ...etc.)
  • 4+ year of experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, etc.
  • A sense of responsibility and a drive to help Stuart build a self-serve data culture
  • Clear communication, the ability to explain our data challenges to both Ops and Tech
  • Fluency in English
  • Our Data stack is made up of AWS S3, Redshift, Airbyte, dbt, Airflow, Castor, Tableau and Superset.
