Stuart is searching for an exciting and dynamic Analytics Engineering Manager to join our team in Barcelona. As a leader in tech-enabled logistics, we are transforming on-demand delivery, and we want you to play a pivotal role in our journey. Our goal is simple: create a data-driven culture that empowers every team member, enhancing insight generation and decision-making across our operational landscape. In this position, you will lead a team of up to five talented analysts under the guidance of our Director of Data, Pilar. You will steer data projects from inception to adoption, ensuring data is reliable and accessible for all. Your responsibilities include building robust data pipelines and modeling data in our warehouse so everyone can interact with it seamlessly. Collaboration is key; youâll work closely with stakeholders to identify technical needs that align with our evolving business landscape. If you have a strong background in management, data analysis, and visualization tools like Tableau, plus a passion for teaching and fostering a data-centric environment, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you to make a real impact.
