Must have the ability to be a strong support to the Logo Coordination Reps with customers’ orders via phone and email communication. The capability to accurately and timely enter information on different setup sheets for E-Commerce accounts.

Requirements

  •   High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer literate and experience using Word and TEAMS
  • Excellent  written and verbal communication skills  
  • Excel knowledge( Intermediate level)
  • Data Entry skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Customer service experience
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Experience working in ERP systems and Microsoft suite programs preferred
  • Experience  with EDI orders and vendor requirements a plus
  • Strong plus for knowledge of Photoshop,      Adobe Illustrator or Adobe InDesign)
  • Knowledge of licensed sports, teams, and team colors a plus
