The Roof Mentors is an employee-first company with a real family culture. Our goal is to help homeowners protect their #1 asset and build as many relationships as possible. This position allows you to go door to door and set up inspections to help as many people as possible with options that include insurance and financing. We are seeking a motivated Canvasser to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • This is a door to door canvassing position
  • Identify and point out damages to homeowners
  • Setup inspections for a qualified sales rep to provide options for the homeowner
  • Maintain company standards, sales goals, and KPI's
  • Attend weekly meetings and group events
  • Upload all documents, photos, and communications to our CRM
  • Most importantly, help as many homeowners as you can!

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service (preferred)
  • Previous experience in sales (preferred)
  • Previous roofing or construction experience (preferred)
  • Must be comfortable knocking on strangers' doors (required)
  • Ability to build rapport with clients (required)
  • Positive and outgoing personality (required)
  • Strong negotiation skills (preferred)
  • Deadline and detail-oriented (required)
  • Must be able to pass a driving record background check (required)
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent (required)

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $25k Salary & Weekly Commissions

Hours: Monday-Friday 12p-7p (Spring/Summer), 10a-5p (Fall/Winter)
