Summary:
As a recruiter, your primary responsibility is to identify, attract, and hire qualified candidates for various job positions within The Trevor Project. You will play a vital role in shaping the organization's workforce by ensuring that the right individuals are selected to meet the company's needs and goals.
You will represent Trevor to potential candidates, showcasing our values, culture, and opportunities for growth. Your ability to effectively communicate Trevor’s mission and vision will work to attract top talent. In this role, you will also manage relationships with various stakeholders involved in the recruitment process to ensure collaboration and create an efficient process for all.
You will rely on data to make informed decisions throughout the recruitment process. By analyzing and interpreting relevant data, you will gain valuable insights into the effectiveness of different recruitment strategies, the performance of candidates, and the overall success of your recruitment efforts. You will leverage data to support forecasting hiring needs and identifying potential talent gaps within the organization. By analyzing historical data and considering factors such as turnover rates, business growth projections, diversity metrics, and industry trends, you will proactively plan and implement recruitment strategies to meet the organization's talent requirements.
