Digital Specialist

About the Role

  • Lead, consult and develop overarching digital marketing plans, process and implementation for all digital assets: website, email, blog, video, social media and app platforms
  • Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Analyze data to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Contribute to processes that help enhance structures and process improvements in digital marketing prioritization, measurement and deployment
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Create paid media campaigns and optimize based on pre-determined KPIs
  • Create effective SEM strategies

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration or related field preferred but not required.
  • Fluent English and Spanish language.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal essential for building strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across cross functional teams.
  • Detail oriented individual capable of multitasking effectively under pressure.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, Pinterest Ads, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads, etc., would be beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, OneDrive, etc.
