In this role, you’ll be immersed in a variety of exciting projects, engaging in everything from operational analysis and corridor studies to traffic calming solutions and innovative intersection designs. Whether you're a seasoned professional or a fresh graduate, you'll have the opportunity to contribute your skills in performing essential calculations, conducting thorough research, and writing compelling summary reports that drive project success. You won't be working in a vacuum either – collaboration is key here! You will communicate with clients and be part of our internal design team to share results that can make a real impact on communities. Our ideal candidate will have at least a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, and while experience is a bonus, we welcome new graduates eager to learn. Ideal skills include proficiency in Synchro, SIDRA, or HCS, along with some knowledge of CAD and GIS.
