We are looking for an experienced senior client lead, who will need to be naturally ambidextrous. With a natural authority in the room, and a wealth of genuine B2B experience, you need to be able to switch effortlessly between business development (leading big, complex global pitches – and able to hold your own with global clients and senior leads across the wider Accenture business), bedding in new client opportunities (to ensure we are set up for success and have the right talent and the right approach in from day 1) and rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in as needed.
Whilst B2B marketing and comms is an established part of both the TMW and the wider Unlimited Group offering (thanks to TMW Business and also Nelson Bostock in the comms space) we need senior support to lean into an exceptional period of growth for that side of the business.
We want a someone who can work hand in hand with a brilliant Managing Partner already in role. He will focus primarily on existing clients, and recently newly won clients. We need you to focus on ‘what next’ and building out the business from here, with him.
The B2B area of the business is in rude health at the moment, experiencing an influx of new opportunities since we became part of the Accenture Song family a year ago. We are looking to add to the senior team to help ensure we are embracing these new opportunities in the right way, can take full advantage of the opportunities coming our way, and to add even more expertise to our team, at senior level
What you need to succeed …
· An ability to independently navigate the unknown – getting to grips with the complexity of the new Accenture world and new large global opportunities with ease.
o A brief builder, who can work hand in hand with a group strategic lead to help clients understand what they need, and help us understand how we evolve what we offer!
· A natural authority in the B2B space – able to quickly establish trust with senior leads/clients
· Confident and charismatic leadership style – both with existing clients, the wider business and, most importantly, in the pitch room
· Collaborative – we put a lot of onus on client services, strategy and creative working in unison, and we are a naturally collaborative bunch
· Proven new business track record
· Authoritative but understated – we have a no ego culture. Show your brilliance, but be able to bring everyone with you!
· Strategic, operationally knowledgeable and strong, commercial and client savvy
· Big agency experience and understanding
