Additional language skills are desirable but not a requirement.

Key responsibilities

  • Be the Creative Studio’s main point of contact for the Growth Marketing team, ensuring smooth collaboration and good communication.

  • Design and deliver A/B creative tests, producing two or more variations based on requests from the Growth Marketing team, or using your own insights.

  • Continuously optimise and improve Apple and Google app store assets (screenshots, feature graphics and icons) to ensure good conversion rates.

  • Have a good understanding of marketing performance metrics (CTR, CPA) and apply this knowledge to improve creative effectiveness.

  • Ensure brand consistency by working with the creative studio’s leadership team while testing different creative approaches to optimise engagement and conversion.

  • Consistently work to help define and improve our design processes for more efficient production and delivery.

  • Support in defining and improving design processes for more efficient production and delivery.

Knowledge, skills and experience

  • Experience designing and optimising app store assets (Apple and Google Play).

  • The ability to manage multiple briefs while working efficiently to meet strict deadlines.

  • Experience in working with both creative and marketing teams.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present data-based design rationale.
