Job Location: Leeds, United Kingdom - Hybrid Working between Home & Office

We are seeking a motivated Software Intern to join our software engineering team on a PAID Internship for 2-3 months at our office in Leeds. We hope you will be able to start in June/July 2025 and work until August/September 2025.

The CLOSING DATE for applicants is Monday 21st April but we reserve the right to close the role sooner based on applicant numbers.

What You Will Do:

As a student in Computer Science or a similar field, you will join one of our software development teams. You will:

  • Develop enhancements to our existing products or our DevOps processes

  • Code commercially using C# or similar high-level programming languages

  • Work closely with experienced professional software engineers in developing market-leading Structural Analysis & Design Technology

Because of the nature of the above tasks, ideally you will be in the final year of your Bachelors Degree in Computer Science (or similar Degree) or progressing on to a Masters Degree.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring:

  • Undergraduate Studies in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field

  • C# or similar high-level programming experience

  • Good team working skills

What Skills Could Be An Advantage:

  • Familiarity with Visual Studio

  • Git usage

  • Being a self-motivated learner

  • High attention to detail with strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
