Truemed is looking for a Marketing Manager who is both creative and analytical, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to make an impact across multiple marketing functions. This role will be responsible for driving consumer engagement and transactions through lifecycle marketing, social media, content, and brand initiatives.
You will own our email and lifecycle marketing, ensuring we engage the right users at the right time to increase transactions and retention. You will also oversee and grow Truemed’s social media presence, crafting compelling content and fostering a strong community. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in developing blog content that supports our brand narrative and helps drive organic traffic.
Beyond digital marketing, you will support brand-related initiatives, including events and activations, helping to elevate Truemed’s presence in the space.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is looking for broad exposure to multiple marketing areas and wants to take ownership of key growth initiatives.
Drive Consumer Engagement & Revenue Through Lifecycle Marketing
Develop and execute automated email flows, campaigns, and transactional communications.
Use segmentation and behavioral data to personalize outreach and improve engagement.
Optimize email performance through A/B testing and analytics.
Grow the percentage of website traffic and revenue driven by email.
Scale Truemed’s Social Media Presence
Own Truemed’s social media channels, creating engaging, on-brand content that drives awareness and action.
Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with key campaigns and trends.
Actively engage with followers and respond to conversations to build community.
Partner with brand, product, and merchant teams to showcase Truemed’s impact.
Create High-Quality Content Across Marketing Channels
Develop compelling short-form and long-form content, including email copy, social posts, and blog content.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms.
Track, Analyze, and Optimize Performance
Monitor key metrics across lifecycle marketing and social media, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Regularly test new strategies, content formats, and distribution tactics to maximize impact.
Share learnings with the broader marketing team to inform strategy.
