In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping the online presence of this startup and its founder's personal brand. As their Social Media Manager, you will focus on creating and curating compelling content for platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Your responsibilities will include editing videos, writing engaging captions, and repurposing existing materials like keynotes and workshops into impactful social media posts. Working closely with their leadership team, you’ll play a vital role in building connections with professionals and fostering a strong digital community.
+5 years of experience managing organic social media with measurable success in increasing audiences, engagement, and leads
+3 years of experience managing LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
+2 years of experience with video editing for social media.
Understanding of social media algorithms, best practices, and content testing.
Experience repurposing existing content into social media posts.
Proactive communication skills and a "get-things-done" attitude.
Availability to work overlapping hours with Eastern Standard Time (at least 9 AM – 2 PM EST).
Experience with paid social ads.
Familiarity with creating social media content for professional services companies or targeting audiences such as HR leaders or people managers.
Background working with entrepreneurs, small businesses, solopreneurs.
