Salary: $350-$550 USD / month + bonus

Job Overview

As a Junior Recruiter at Typescouts, you will be at the forefront of our recruitment process, playing a crucial role in finding, engaging, and securing top talent. In this role, you’ll focus primarily on interviewing candidates to assess their fit for our clients' needs, along with some sourcing to build a strong candidate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Interviews: You’ll spend the majority of your time interviewing candidates, assessing their skills, cultural fit, and alignment with client expectations.

  • Source Talent: Occasionally, you’ll conduct targeted sourcing to ensure a robust pipeline of candidates for specific client profiles.

  • Candidate Evaluation: Identify strengths and development areas in each candidate, providing thorough feedback and insights to hiring teams.

  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the Typescouts team to understand client needs and recruitment goals, ensuring alignment in all hiring activities.

  2. Excellent English Proficiency (spoken and written).

  3. Problem Solver: You should be independent, resourceful, and able to troubleshoot issues before seeking assistance. We value initiative and a solution-oriented mindset.

  4. Quick Learner: Ability to learn on the job, adapt quickly to new tasks, and navigate challenges with confidence.

  5. Education: Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.

  6. Full-Time Availability: This role requires 8 hours per day, working EST hours with some flexibility.
