The Role – Creative Designer

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join as a Creative Designer. Reporting to the VP Marketing, you’ll be supporting the development of compelling digital and event assets. This role is key in maintaining and evolving Unmind’s visual identity across multiple platforms while ensuring a cohesive and engaging brand experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, bringing fresh and innovative design solutions that align with our brand strategy and business goals.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Lead the design process for digital, print and event assets, ensuring brand consistency across all touch points.

  • Ensure a cohesive and compelling brand identity across all digital and print materials.

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, growth, and product teams to execute brand campaigns, product launches, customer content, and other initiatives.

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.

  • Support deck design for keynotes and speaking engagements, ensuring visually engaging, well-structured, and impactful presentations that effectively communicate key messages and align with brand aesthetics.

  • Maintain, update, and support the design of the website ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience that aligns with brand standards and marketing goals.

Skills and Experience

  • We're seeking talented creatives with a compelling portfolio that demonstrates a strong grasp of creativity.

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant design tools.

  • Proficiency in Figma, with experience in creating and managing design systems, prototyping, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong understanding of brand development, visual storytelling, and user-centered design.

  • Ability to balance creativity with business objectives, ensuring visually compelling yet strategic designs.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales.
