Job Description

Excel Physical Therapy has an immediate opportunity for a full-time  Spinal Specialist (Physical Therapist) who desires to join a team of physical therapists who are dedicated to evidence-based manual therapy. Excel Physical Therapy demonstrates a commitment to enhancing our professional development by scheduling weekly meetings during office hours, allowing clinicians to share treatment techniques and assess journal articles.

Qualifications

  • A physical therapist with a strong desire to learn
  • Graduate from a CAPTE accredited physical therapy program
  • Current state of Montana license or will apply if relocating
  • Responsible individual with a solid work ethic
  • Strong communication and people skills

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000- $105,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
