The UTR National League Manager (NLM) is a remote, outbound-facing role responsible for managing and operating UTR Flex Leagues on an international level. This role is critical to ensuring the overall success of the UTR Flex League ecosystem on the UTR platform by maintaining high-quality customer support, executing outbound campaigns, and overseeing the organization of all internally run Flex Leagues.

Key Responsibilities

The National League Manager plays a hands-on role in league operations. Responsibilities include:

  • Customer Support: Responding to all inbound inquiries regarding UTR Flex Leagues, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for players.
  • League Operations: Organizing and managing Flex Leagues, troubleshooting common issues such as injuries, unresponsive opponents, and scheduling conflicts.
  • Player Engagement: Executing mid-season campaigns assigned by the Director of Flex Leagues to enhance player experience and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Growth & Retention: Collaborating with internal teams to improve league structures, implement new strategies, and increase player participation.
  • Full time role
  • Collaborate with the broader Flex League team to develop strategies for league growth and improvement
  • Work alongside the UTR Sports marketing team to develop innovative campaigns that enhance player satisfaction and retention
  • 2+ years of customer service experience (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage league-related challenges efficiently
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to tasks, from ideation to execution
  • Technical proficiency with tools such as Google Sheets, Power BI, Freshdesk, and other data/reporting platforms
  • Ability to analyze player feedback and communicate insights to the UTR team for continuous improvement
  • Highly responsive, detail-oriented, and accountable with exceptional follow-through
  • Strong sense of professionalism, integrity, and ability to represent UTR confidently
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

What we Offer:

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $40,500 to $60,000 . The final base salary for this role will take into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location differential associated with where the position will be filled.
