Die Rolle:

In dieser Rolle geht es darum, die Kundenbeziehungen zu Autohäusern und Werkstätten in der DACH-Region zu pflegen und auszubauen sowie neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren. Dazu gehören die Durchführung von Produktpräsentationen, die Verhandlung von Verträgen, die Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und die Teilnahme an Branchenveranstaltungen.

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen mit Autohäusern (PKW und LKW) und Werkstätten in der DACH-Region
  • Identifikation und gezielte Ansprache potenzieller Neukunden für eine erfolgreiche Marktexpansion
  • Durchführung von Produktpräsentationen (online & vor Ort) und Beratung zu FILAKS. PLUS. Vorbereitung und Verhandlung von Angeboten und Abschluss von Verträgen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Teams von Support, Entwicklung/Produktmanagement und Beratung für eine optimale Kundenbetreuung
  • Teilnahme an Messen und Branchenveranstaltungen zum Networking und zur Marktanalyse

Über Dich:

  • Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb, idealerweise in der Automobil- oder Softwarebranche
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation sowie eine selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu Reisen innerhalb der DACH-Region
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und Softwarelösungen
  • Mindestens ein professionelles Niveau in Deutsch und Englisch ist unerlässlich
  • Seher gute Französisch-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus

Freicon are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team.

About Freicon:

Freicon Software GmbH, part of Valsoft Corporation, offers dealer management systems that are tailored to the effective handling of all operational processes in the passenger car, commercial vehicle and caravan business. This includes customer service, warehouse processing and car sales.

The role:

This role will involve managing and expanding customer relationships with car dealerships and workshops in the DACH region while identifying new business opportunities. It includes conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams, and participating in industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and further development of existing customer relationships with car dealerships (cars and trucks) and workshops in the DACH region
  • Identification and targeted approach of potential new customers for successful market expansion
  • Conducting product presentations (online & on-site) and consulting on FILAKS. PLUS. Preparation and negotiation of offers and conclusion of contracts
  • Cooperation with the internal teams of support, development/product management and consulting for optimal customer care
  • Participation in trade fairs and industry events for networking and market analysis

About You:

  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally in the automotive or software industry
  • Strong communication skills and negotiation skills
  • High level of self-motivation as well as an independent and goal-oriented way of working
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH region
  • Confident use of digital tools and software solutions
  • At least a professional level of German and English is essential
  • Fluency in French is a plus
