Targeted Annual Pay Range: Minimum of $115000 to a maximum of $130000
Position Purpose:
Leads mid to large scale process development projects and new commercialization efforts. Works independently
on implementing new technology upgrades and high complexity process improvements on existing incineration
systems. Provides leadership and guidance on developing, implementing, and monitoring daily processing plans
relating to incineration. Responsible for managing other employees within the department.

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role as a Senior Process Engineer with Veolia North America in Sauget, IL? In this exciting position, you'll lead mid to large scale process development projects and spearhead new commercialization efforts. With your expertise, you'll independently implement new technology upgrades and tackle high complexity process improvements on our existing incineration systems. Your leadership will guide the process engineering team to ensure that project and process design deliverables are met on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and environmental guidelines. Your responsibilities will include identifying technical production problems, creating project justifications, and developing monitoring plans, all while providing crucial support to operations and maintenance teams. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor and manage a dedicated team, communicating performance expectations and tackling any challenges that arise.
