We are actively seeking a highly energetic and motivated person to join our team as a Sales Recruiter!

Examples of the actual work your day would include:
  • Manage a monthly requisition load of 15-30 openings
  • Conduct final interviews for open sales team positions
  • Partner with Chief Sales Officer to understand departmental needs
  • Screen resumes by analyzing candidate work history, competency level, and other qualifications
  • Decline candidates when necessary
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Victors Home Solutions by accepting phone calls to discuss employment opportunities and answer questions on openings
  • Recommend creative sourcing techniques to target the right candidates for openings
  • Assist with full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates when not actively interviewing sales candidates


About You:
  • Previous experience in recruiting, or other related fields
  • Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales a plus
  • Strong understanding of recruiting practices and processes
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with candidates
  • Ability to effectively convey Victors Home Solutions culture and offerings when working with candidates
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior and maintain highly confidential information
  • Excellent time-management, prioritization, planning and organization skills to meet hiring deadlines


$55,000 - $70,000 a year
