Manager, HR Analytics

 Job Summary:

Reporting to our Director, HR Finance you will be responsible for serving as the admin for the company US 401(k) plan, updating monthly HR metrics reporting, and assisting with various HR and payroll related tasks. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments.

This is a hybrid position based in our Woodland Hills, CA office. You will be required to adhere to our hybrid work policy, working from our office Monday and Thursday plus one additional weekday on a weekly basis.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the US 401(k) administrator, managing weekly 401(k) transactions, review contributions and loan requests, send monthly termination lists, and assist with annual audits and Form 5500 filing
  • Prepare quarterly US payroll tax reports, intercompany labor expense reports, and assist with the annual payroll audit
  • Support the preparation of monthly HR reporting packages, focusing on headcount and labor/payroll data trends for US employees
  • Maintain employee distribution lists and ensure correct insider trading designations weekly
  • Support compliance audits and internal control reviews for HR processes
  • Assist in benefits program evaluation and cost analysis
  • Assist in the US Contact Center labor budget and quarterly forecasts
  • Assist with the annual California Pay Data Report filing
  • Help with any ad hoc projects for the HR Team

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with 401(k) processing and HR reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Strong qualitative and analytical skills, including manipulating data, querying, and reporting, required
  • Includes ability to analyze and research compensation trends and partner with appropriate internal and external resources
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to format and analyze large data sets
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, professional attitude, and ability to maintain confidentiality and data privacy
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with cross-functional team
  • Experience with HRIS software
  • Experience with Power BI nice to have

    • Salary range $140,000 - $160,000 annually determined by a myriad of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, and other relevant business considerations.
    • Employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonus.
