Manager, HR Analytics
Job Summary:
Reporting to our Director, HR Finance you will be responsible for serving as the admin for the company US 401(k) plan, updating monthly HR metrics reporting, and assisting with various HR and payroll related tasks. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
This is a hybrid position based in our Woodland Hills, CA office. You will be required to adhere to our hybrid work policy, working from our office Monday and Thursday plus one additional weekday on a weekly basis.

As a Manager of HR Analytics at Viking in Los Angeles, California, you'll step into a pivotal role where your analytical prowess will help shape the company's HR processes. Reporting directly to the Director of HR Finance, you’ll find yourself managing the US 401(k) plan while also diving into HR metrics that drive strategic decisions. You'll be in charge of a variety of responsibilities, such as processing and reviewing contributions for the 401(k) plan, preparing payroll tax reports, and ensuring compliance with internal controls. Your role will be essential in preparing monthly reporting packages that provide insights into headcount and payroll trends for our US team. You'll collaborate with different departments, support audits, and assist with employee benefits evaluation—all while thriving in a welcoming and supportive environment that encourages growth.
