Senior Manager, Social Program Manager - job 3 of 20

The Sr. Manager, Social Program Manager is part of the Global Content Strategy, Development & Distribution team, reporting to the Director of Creative Operations. This individual will be part of a global team responsible for developing and scaling best-in-class social content on behalf of Visa’s marketing positioning and voice.   

This individual will combine program management expertise with deep understanding of social platforms and creative to plan, execute and deliver high-impact social content and campaigns. This person should have passion and experience in  

  • Project Planning and Management: Producing complex social-first projects from concepting to delivery by developing detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure work is completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. 

  • Team Coordination - Coordinating with internal teams (Strategy, Creative, Production, Brand, Sponsorship, etc.) and external partners and agencies to assign tasks, manage workflows, and ensure seamless collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.  

  • Quality Assurance -  Monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating content to ensure it meets brand guidelines, quality standards, and project requirements, while educating stakeholders and agencies on necessary processes and guidelines. 

  • Risk Management - Identifying potential project risks and proactively developing mitigation strategies. 

  • Communication -  Maintaining clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular project updates and status reports. 

  • Process Improvement - Evaluating and refining project management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness continually. 

  • Technology - Some knowledge of the following PM Tools - Wrike, Asana, Notion or MS Project Manager 

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
