Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor infrastructure to ensure consistent uptime, performance, and reliability of blockchain systems.

2. Diagnose and resolve infrastructure and network-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.

3. Support the deployment and integration of updates, new tools, and technologies into existing systems.

4. Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation, including technical procedures, user guides, and network configurations.

5. Provide operational support in a 24/7 environment through a rotating shift schedule (aligned with your daytime hours).

What you bring:

1. Genuine interest in blockchain and foundational knowledge of Web3 technologies.

2. Strong communication skills, with fluency in English.

Technical experience:

1. 2+ years of experience in a DevOps or NOC support role.

2. At least 1 year of hands-on experience in the Web3/blockchain ecosystem.

3. Solid Linux system administration experience (filesystems, networking, kernel tuning, patching, iptables, etc.).

4. Experience with automation tools like Terraform and Ansible.

5. Strong understanding of GCP (Google Cloud Platform) and cloud infrastructure management.

6. Networking skills, including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, NAT, switching, and firewall configurations.

7. Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Zabbix, etc.

8. Proficiency in BASH scripting.

9. Experience with Docker and virtualization technologies.
