Fleet Shop Manager

As a Fleet Shop Manager at XPO, your responsibilities encompass managing employees and contingent workers, overseeing equipment maintenance, facilitating the Job Selection/Shift Bid process, and ensuring all work orders are completed accurately. To qualify as a Fleet Shop Manager at XPO, you’ll need at least 4 years of experience in fleet maintenance, a valid driver's license, and preferably an associate's degree and current ASE certifications.
