Our education programs facilitate the successful implementation of phone-free school environments by providing administrators and teachers with education, training, and development resources, along with all necessary equipment. In addition, Yondr supports top artists in music and comedy by creating phone-free shows, allowing performers and audience members to enjoy live performances without the distraction of phones.
The Yondr School Onboarding Specialist plays a central role in the life cycle of Yondr’s small school partners. They are responsible for ensuring partner success throughout the partner journey from onboarding to success and annual recommitment to being a Yondr phone-free school. To succeed in this role, you must be highly organized and laser-focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be accountable for successfully implementing the Yondr program and offering continued automated programming and inbound customer support that will guarantee partner success and relationship longevity.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Facilitate onboarding webinars for new small school partners to launch the 1:many self launching sequence.
Follow up with onboarding webinar attendees to send online course credentials, and links to critical getting started resources.
Check in 7 days after webinar attendance to check in, answer questions, confirm readiness, and facilitate needed next steps.
Confirm shipping of product.
Help troubleshoot any implementation barriers.
Set calendar invites and host personalized pre- and post- launch date check in calls to ensure readiness and success.
Manage an automated nurture program for all new partners to promote best practices.
Field inbound questions and support requests.
Customer Lifecycle Management:
Manage the small school pool with ongoing automated outreach and inbound support.
Reach out proactively 2x a year to check in and promote partnership.
Assess needs for pouch fulfillment and place orders.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Background and/or experience in education (specifically grades 6-12).
Familiarity with current educational practices around implementing school programming.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication skills, oral and written.
Adaptability in dynamic environments: thrives in fast-paced settings, exhibiting flexibility and demonstrates resilience to navigate through rapid growth.
Proficiency in technology: skilled in digital tools and technology platforms that support a remote work environment.
Solution-driven mindset: the ability to embrace change and tackle obstacles with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
2+ years of experience in customer service, education, and/or a related field.
