The Role:

To meet the growing demand for our technology and services, we are now seeking a Junior Account Manager to join our sales department. Your main responsibility will be managing a pipeline of warm inbound leads with the aim of providing funding to as many merchants as possible. Being one of the fastest growing Fintech businesses globally we are looking for exceptionally talented and self-motivated person who has a desire to build a career within the Company.

  • Working with our merchants, helping them apply for funding their business.
  • Communicating with business owners daily, ensuring they have all the necessary information to submit their applications through a combination of calls and emails.
  • Explaining the financing offers we make and answering any questions the customer has throughout the process.
  • Working with a variety of enterprise technology platforms and YouLend proprietary solutions to process applications.
