Deliver High-Quality Documentation: Create, maintain, and continuously improve product documentation, including user guides, API references, FAQs, technical manuals, and online help resources.

Drive Vision and Strategy: Define and implement the overall strategy for documentation, ensuring alignment with business objectives, product goals, and user needs.

Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product managers, engineers, designers, and customer support teams to gather information and translate technical concepts into accessible, user-friendly content.

Champion Documentation Standards: Establish and promote documentation best practices, style guides, and content templates to ensure consistency and quality.

Understand the Audience: Conduct user research and collect feedback to understand the documentation needs of developers, customers, and internal teams. Use insights to continuously improve content relevance and usability.

Leverage Tools and Technologies: Utilize state-of-the-art tools and methodologies to streamline the creation, maintenance, and publication of documentation. Explore innovative ways to make technical content interactive and engaging.

• Fluency English is a must

Proven experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role, ideally within the software, fintech, or technology industry.

Experience with documentation tools like Confluence, MadCap Flare, GitHub, Swagger, or similar platforms.
