SEO Specialist

We are hiring remote "SEO Specialist".


Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 4:30pm PST


Responsibilities:
  • Manage and scale Meta (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads.
  • Set up and Optimize flows and weekly campaigns.
  • Build and test creative.
  • Understand retention.
  • Comfortable with adjust industry content.
  • Demonstrated success as an SEO executive or in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful SEO campaigns and improved international website rankings.
  • Experience in international Ecommerce site SEO Work.
  • Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve website ranking and align SEO strategies with overall business goals and target market requirements.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords for content optimization. Also, Conduct on-page and off-page optimization, including link building, to improve website visibility and authority.
  • Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics and Search Console, to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform regular website audits to identify technical issues, improve site speed, and ensure proper indexing by search engines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and search engine algorithm changes. Also, adapt SEO strategies accordingly to maintain and improve website rankings.
  • Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented throughout the website.
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.


Required Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
  • Proficient in using SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
  • Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in on-page and off-page optimization techniques, including keyword research, content optimization, and link building.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for basic website optimization.
  • This SEP person will need to be able to work without paid advertising.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SEO Executive/ Specialist or similar role, with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience.
  • Relevant certifications, such as Google Analytics or Google Ads, are a plus.
