ABOUT THE ROLE
Shape the future of decarbonization policy! At 3Degrees, a leading B Corp in the environmental commodities market, we're on a mission to empower organizations to achieve a sustainable future. 3Degrees’ Research & Analysis team is charged with evaluating market and regulatory risks and opportunities related to 3Degrees’ environmental commodities and services. The Research & Analysis team consists of 3-pillars–Market Analysis, Data Management, Regulatory Affairs– who collectively provide market intelligence, data management support, and regulatory and policy support to strengthen the company’s expertise in existing markets and also spur creation in new markets.  This Policy Manager role, specifically a member of the Regulatory Affairs team, offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of policy engagement and market analysis.  You'll play a vital role in influencing policy outcomes, guiding corporate carbon reduction strategies, and ultimately accelerating the transition to a clean energy future.

This voluntary model provides flexibility while fostering team collaboration. Exceptional remote candidates within the US will also be considered. Periodic travel may be required for training or team collaboration and to conferences and customers as required. Frequency and cadence is team dependent, but on average is 1-6 times annually.
