Access Services is hiring BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analysts) and BC-ABA's (ABA Behavior Consultants) as contractors serving children and adolescents under 21. Our team specializes in trauma informed behavioral support using ABA, trauma assessments, and will engage both the children and the family in developing skills to follow a personalized behavior treatment plan. As a contractor, your daily interactions will provide a greater impact across the home, school, and community of the children supported. Work locations: Community based care provided in Bethlehem, PA and Lehigh County in various locations (home, school, and community).
Schedule: Daytime, evening, and weekend hours vary along with family, preschool, and school needs. Please share your availability with us as we strive to match each candidate to our schedule of clients.
Client Hours: Ranging from 1-12 clients according to contractor's preference.

Access Services is looking for passionate BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analysts) and BC-ABA Consultants to join our dynamic team as contractors, working with children and adolescents under 21. Our focus is on providing trauma-informed behavioral support using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and trauma assessments, where you'll engage both the children and their families to develop personalized behavior treatment plans tailored to their needs. As a contractor with us, your daily interactions will have a meaningful impact within the home, school, and community settings of the children you support. Your schedule will be flexible, including opportunities for daytime, evening, and weekend hours, in response to the needs of families and schools. The position involves working closely with up to 12 clients at a time, depending on your preferences. In your role as a BCBA or BC-ABA Consultant, you will assess and create effective treatment plans, apply proven methods to address behavior issues, and teach valuable new skills. A strong understanding of ABA principles is crucial, as well as the ability to use electronic health data records to track progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
