Summary of Responsibilities:

Start your career at a Great Place to Work! We’re looking for an intern to assist our Client Services Team with trouble shooting PC and smart phone issues, deploying devices and providing a high level of customer service.

You’ll learn how to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with PC’s, smart phones, and audio/video equipment and perform root cause analysis on those issues You’ll also provision desktops, laptops and mobile devices, which includes initial configuration, setup/activation and software installation.

Essential Responsibilities:

If you are an associate’s or bachelor’s degree student in Management Information Systems or related programs and have a passion for customer service, we want you to bring your positive energy to ATC!
