A Operations Manager contributes to AHF by playing an integral role in supporting operations in both the Gym and Food For Health Marketplace.
A Operations Manager enhances the reputation of AHF by consistently providing friendly, reliable, efficient and courteous service to all customers; creating a welcoming atmosphere; ensuring precise and error free transactions; being well-versed in product offerings; working seamlessly with colleagues to maintain a cohesive and harmonious work environment; being adaptable and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed for the marketplace, including helping with inventory counts and maintinging clean and organized spaces; contributing to reduction in loss due to errors or theft by adhering to best practices in cash handling and all other security protocols;and maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing the marketplace positively in the community. The Manager will directly lead both the gym and Food for Health Marketplace. The Operations Manager will assist in the administration, operations, safety, and cleanliness of each facility. This person will be responsible for the ordering, organization, and tracking of inventory. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for marketing strategies, supporting program innovation and increasing the skillset of the staff. Additional duties may be added in either space at any given time.
