Our Team:

You'll join a collaborative product design team, working closely with designers, product managers, and engineers. Reporting directly to the Head of Design, you'll contribute to the strategic direction of our product and design system. We foster a culture of open communication, constructive feedback, and empowerment, where your ideas are valued and you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Product Designer, you'll leverage your user-centered design expertise to craft exceptional digital experiences. Your passion for innovation will be crucial in shaping our product and revolutionizing the industry. You'll drive the design process from concept to delivery, creating intuitive and visually stunning interfaces in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role offers the unique opportunity to build a product and design system from scratch.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Design Initiatives: Drive the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality, user-centered solutions.

  • Design System Development: Contribute to the creation and evolution of our foundational design system, ensuring consistency and scalability.

  • User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable design improvements.

  • Interaction & Visual Design: Craft intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.

  • Documentation: Create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation for new design system components, user experiences, and design guidelines including animations.

  • Project Leadership: Independently lead design projects from conception to completion, including planning, execution, and delivery. Effectively manage timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.

  • Proven experience in designing for web and mobile platforms.

  • Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Principle.

  • Strong understanding of UX and UI principles.

  • Experience in creating and maintaining design systems.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Significant Advantage:

  • Experience working in the iGaming industry, with a deep understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities.

Preferred Location:

  • Remote, with a preference for candidates based in Israel, Dubai, or Estonia.
