IT Dispatcher – 1st & 2nd Level Support (f/m/x)

Company Description

We are looking for a dedicated IT Dispatcher to join our group-wide IT support team with immediate effect. In this central role, you will coordinate IT inquiries, prioritize tickets and ensure efficient processing. 
We offer you attractive conditions: no on-call duty, no 24/7 deployment, regular working hours from Monday to Friday during the day and intensive training.

Job Description

  • Receiving, categorizing, and prioritizing IT requests in the ticket system
  • Forwarding tickets to the appropriate support levels and specialist departments
  • Assisting with initial resolution of standard inquiries (1st Level Support)
  • Monitoring and tracking open tickets to ensure SLA compliance
  • Communicating with users and providing status updates on ongoing requests

Qualifications

  • Completed IT training (apprenticeship, technical school) or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in IT support or a similar coordination role is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of MS Active Directory, networks, and Windows operating systems
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong service orientation and communication skills
  • Structured and solution-oriented approach to work

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): € 3.000 to € 3.900.
