As a Lead Engineer (A&I / Relay) at Asplundh Engineering Services, you'll be stepping into a vibrant role where innovation meets leadership. Expect to dive into creating and reviewing Protection and Control settings designs, performing coordination studies, and leveraging short circuit models for comprehensive short circuit studies. Your expertise will shine as you analyze event data and work on Human-Machine Interface (HMI) settings to enhance client interactions with technology. Asplundh places a strong emphasis on compliance, so your role will include reviewing current best practices in line with cybersecurity requirements. You'll lead project planning and coordination with minimal supervision while ensuring project delivery aligns with client-specific standards. With a keen eye for detail, you'll also mentor junior personnel, fostering growth and proficiency within the team. To thrive in this role, you'll need a minimum of 7 years in relay or protection engineering, alongside a B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Technology.
