Stellenbeschreibung

Believe sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Digital Marketing ManagerIn, der/die das Artist Services GrooveAttack Team in Berlin verstärkt.

Key Responsibilites: 

- Datenanalyse: Durchführung von Datenanalysen, um die Zielgruppe der Künstler zu identifizieren und sie auf dem Markt zu positionieren.

- Strategie: Entwicklung kreativer Künstlerkampagnen durch die Implementierung von organischen Aktivierungen und Paid Media Kampagnen, strategische Beratung von Künstlern hinsichtlich Weiterentwicklung ihrer Social Media Profile

- Creative Content: Entwicklung kreativer und innovativer Ideen für Social Media-Inhalte mit Schwerpunkt auf Short Form Video Content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)

- Budget: Verwaltung und Überwachung der digitalen Marketingbudgets in Zusammenarbeit mit den ProjektmanagerInnen

- Performance Management: Überwachung von KPIs und Erstellung von Kampagnenreports für interne und externe Stakeholder

- Beziehungsmanagement zu den wichtigsten lokalen Plattformen (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat), um über die neuesten Funktionen und lokalen Kooperationsmöglichkeiten informiert zu sein

- interner Wissensaustausch mit lokalen und internationalen Teams durch Präsentation von Best Cases und Teilnahme an Workshops und Calls

Qualifikationen

- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im digitalen Marketing in der Musikbranche

- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Musikindustrie, Social Media Trends und digitalen Marketingstrategien und -innovationen

- Gutes Verständnis hinsichtlich Werbebuchungen und Analyseinstrumenten aller relevanten Plattformen (Spotify, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok, Facebook)

- Umfassende Kenntnisse des Rap/HipHop- und Gen-Z-Marktes

- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
