Bitewell is looking for a strategic Senior Account Executive to join our team and manage relationships with our grocery retail partners. Your work will directly impact our growth through strategic partnerships while ensuring mutual success with our partners. We are looking for someone with strong food industry expertise who can execute sales strategies, negotiate deals, and deliver on revenue targets while overseeing technical implementation.

The score is our proprietary, first-of-its-kind nutrition scoring system that combines cutting-edge science with innovative technology to give consumers insight and transparency into the healthfulness of food. We bring this to market with our partners in food retail, manufacturing, and data, which empowers customers to make healthier choices, merchandisers to stock healthier shelves and brands to make healthier products.
Serve as the primary point of contact for your grocery retail partners, building and nurturing strong relationships at all levels
Manage daily client needs from technical implementation to reporting and regular check-ins
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless platform integration and quickly address partner challenges
Monitor partnership performance, delivering actionable insights to both internal teams and external partners
Own the end-to-end operationalization of each license opportunity
Guide partners through technical data integrations and manage feature rollout roadmaps
Work closely with our tech and product teams to ensure smooth, successful partnership launches
Identify and secure opportunities to expand services within existing accounts
Design Statements of Work, implement solutions, and measure program success
Continuously showcase Bitewell's evolving value proposition to partners
Develop strategies to drive new business opportunities and close deals
Meet or exceed retention and upsell targets
Prepare and deliver sales forecasts and partnership reports to leadership
Turn market insights into actionable strategies for growth
Industry Veteran: 5+ years of account management experience in the food industry, particularly with grocery retailers
Technical Navigator: Experienced in managing clients through data integrations and feature rollouts
Connected: Strong network of contacts within food retail
Communication Pro: Exceptional at building relationships, negotiating, and presenting complex concepts
Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can shift quickly
Data-Driven: Uses performance metrics to optimize partnerships and drive results
Self-Starter: Manages multiple priorities independently while staying focused on outcomes

Compensation: $80K-$165K + Bonus + Equity
