We are building an AI Sales Assistant for Sales. Thousands of users leverage Bliro to automatically update their internal tools, automate follow-up tasks, and become better at their jobs.
As a Solution Engineer, youâll play a pivotal role in helping our customers integrate Bliro into their workflows and achieve extraordinary results.
As a Solution Engineer at Bliro, youâll own the technical aspects of customer implementation, from proof-of-concept (PoC) through full deployment. Youâll tailor our AI-powered solution to customer requirements using prompt engineering, ensure seamless integrations, and empower teams to use Bliro effectively. This is a high-impact role where youâll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to deliver outcomes that drive adoption and satisfaction.
Support Sales in PoC Delivery
Define and implement technical customer requirements during 4â8 week PoC phases by working with our internal AI engineering suite.
AI Fine-Tuning
Gather customer use cases and configure Bliroâs AI models to meet specific needs.
Integrations
Collaborate with customer teams to integrate Bliro into their existing tools, ensuring smooth data flow and minimal disruption.
Technical Enablement & Handoffs
Create and maintain in-depth documentation and training to empower customer teams for ongoing management.
Technical Acumen & Problem-Solving
Strong knowledge of prompt engineering. Proven Experience of working with APIs of enterprise software tools is a plus.
Project & Stakeholder Management
Ability to structure implementation plans, set milestones, and align cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
Customer-Centric Communication
Skilled in translating technical details into actionable steps for diverse stakeholders; confident in leading workshops and training sessions.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment
Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on project goals and resource needs.
Adaptability & Continuous Improvement
Proactive in gathering feedback, iterating on processes, and refining implementation strategies over time.
Experience: Initial experience in Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting is a plus.
Technical Expertise: Knowledge of Python or similar programming languages. Experience with APIs, data integrations, and AI solutions is a plus.
Languages: Fluent in German (mandatory) and English.
