The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) team is seeking Associate Manufacturing Engineers located in Berkeley, MO.

Position Overview: We are looking for Associate Manufacturing Engineers, with expertise in airplane subsystems, production readiness, and delivery center flyaway operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient production of our world-class aerospace products, including advanced platforms for our Air Proprietary programs.
Position Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes for airplane subsystems.
Ensure production readiness by identifying and mitigating risks, optimizing workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency.
Support delivery center operations by streamlining processes, improving quality, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our customers.
Utilize data analysis and engineering principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in design reviews and provide input on manufacturability and assembly considerations.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment.
An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required
Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
Level 1: Bachelors degree with experience acquired through technical education
Level 2: 2+ years of work-related experience with a Bachelors degree OR work-related experience with a Masters degree
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience working in a manufacturing setting
Typical Education/Experience:
Level 1: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
Level 2: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Summary pay range:
Level 1: $63,750 - $86,250
Level 2: $75,650 - $102,350
