Job Description

Provide information and interpretation of policies and procedures to management and employees. Collect, prepare, and analyze reports regarding a variety of employment‐related topics.  Provide information and support properties on all hiring processes.

  • Provide information and interpretation of policies and procedures to management and employees.
  • Collect, analyze, and prepare reports regarding employment, benefits, and labor‐related matters.
  • Supervise and/or provide assistance and direction to employment staff.
  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for all new hires 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Two (2) years of human resources experience preferred.  
  • Knowledgeable of HR concepts, policies and procedures, with clear understanding of legal compliance requirements and employment laws.  
  • Strong skills in MS Office applications.  
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  
  • Must be highly organized and detail‐oriented.  
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
