Marketing Strategist, Principal - Acquisition & Retention

Your Role

The Consumer Growth Marketing team is accountable for developing acquisition and retention marketing strategies in support of our business partner’s growth goals. As a data-driven marketer, the Marketing Strategist, Principal will report to the Senior Director, Consumer Growth Marketing, with a dotted line to the Senior Manager, Acquisition and Retention Marketing. In this role you will be accountable for building and optimizing our marketing program for Dual Eligible (Medi-Cal and Medicare) consumers, and the Medicare retention strategy across all Medicare products. This includes collaborating with team members, Brand and Marketing peers, Medicare Sales, Marketing Research, Product and Compliance partners, and external Agency vendors. This role requires someone who can quickly shift from building high-level strategy, to managing execution, monitoring results, and optimizing campaigns as needed to achieve business goals.
