Client Care Coordinator

Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking a compassionate and organized Client Care Coordinator to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our personal injury clients, ensuring they receive the care and support they need throughout their medical treatment journey. Your goal will be to provide exceptional client service while helping clients navigate their treatment plans with confidence.


Compensation: $15 - $17 an hour.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Educate clients on the importance of following their medical treatment plans.
  • Assist clients in scheduling and coordinating medical appointments.
  • Arrange transportation and accommodations for out-of-town treatment when necessary.
  • Provide consistent follow-up with clients to monitor progress and address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with medical providers and legal teams to ensure seamless communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and medical updates.

    Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a client service, medical coordination, or personal injury case management role preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
