About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, ambitious Institutional Sales Lead to drive the launch and expansion of Byzantine Finance’s TVL growth campaigns. In this role, you will pursue high-value business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and develop our growth strategy to align with what clients want.

What You'll Do
Growth Strategy Development & Execution
Co-develop and refine the company’s TVL growth & GTM strategy, aligning it with Byzantine’s vision and market opportunities.
Use market feedback and investors insights to continuously optimize the growth strategy. Identify what liquidity providers are looking for.
Identify high-value liquidity providers, investors as well as GTM partners (hedge funds, family offices, staking services, DAOs, L2s).
Define and implement growth KPIs, focusing on pipeline development, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Capital Raise & Business Development
Build and maintain relationships with key liquidity providers, partners, and stakeholders in the institutional crypto and fintech space.
Run negotiations and close high-impact deals with liquidity providers such as hedge funds, family offices, DAOs, UHNWI.
Update offering, incentive programs, narrative, and messaging based on investors feedback.
Search for third party validation from a wide sphere of previous relationships to influence sales processes.
Who You'll Work With
You will work directly with Gaia, our CEO, to run Byzantine’s TVL growth campaigns.
Your Profile
Master's in Business, Finance, or related field
3 to 5 years of B2B/institutional sales in FinTech, Finance, or Crypto
Expertise in capital raising, ideally within fintech
Deep understanding of Blockchain technology, ideally staking and restaking
Strong understanding of the requirements and nuances of institutional client types
Advanced Skills in Excel
