As an RN at Care Dimensions, your main responsibilities include providing compassionate patient care, assessing patients' needs, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and supporting families through the emotional intricacies of end-of-life care. To qualify as an RN at Care Dimensions, you must hold a current Massachusetts RN license in good standing and ideally have an Associate’s degree in nursing, or a Bachelor’s degree in nursing. One year of nursing experience in a skilled or acute setting is preferred, along with a demonstrated ability to respond to the needs of patients and families.

RNs at Care Dimensions typically work full-time with shifts from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm. This allows you to focus on providing dedicated care without the stress of shifting locations each day, contributing to a more stable work environment.
