We're currently seeking a Manager, Business Systems - Sales & Marketing Systems to help us elevate our Salesforce ecosystem and other crucial business platforms. In this pivotal role, you'll combine your strategic oversight with deep technical skills to ensure our systems are always aligned with our evolving business needs. Imagine working closely with various teams—admins, developers, business units, and stakeholders—as you define a roadmap that not only drives operational efficiency but also sparks innovation. You’ll lead the adoption of AI and automation while assessing our current marketing systems to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Your responsibility will include optimizing lead management workflows and ensuring data consistency across Go-To-Market systems. You'll also configure and manage Salesforce, develop solid release management processes, and communicate complex technical concepts in an approachable manner. This role is about collaboration, problem-solving, and proactively shaping the future of our sales and marketing systems.
