Product Manager - eCommerce

The Product Manager owns the experience of our e-commerce shopping and checkout. They are responsible for identifying, analyzing, and acting on opportunities within their product area and building an iterative product roadmap to support continued commercial growth. This role collaborates with Design, Engineering, Physical Product, Operations and other internal teams to refine strategy, set expectations, and communicate results and requires a customer-focused, empathetic thinker with a bias toward action.


Job Responsibilities
  • Drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap prioritization for the Commerce Shopping experience and related feature set
  • Leverage insights from UX research, market research, a/b testing, and analytics to guide product decisions
  • Gather and synthesize direct feedback from both customers and internal stakeholders to inform decision-making
  • Actively drives issue identification, impact assessment, troubleshooting and resolution within domain area
  • Tracks product KPIs to measure success and identify issues or opportunities, reporting out results to stakeholders
  • Work closely with UX Design and Engineering to develop and refine product requirements and facilitate agile ceremonies
  • Communicates and collaborates with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, physical product, marketing, operations, B2B) to align expectations and ensure quality product delivery


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of product management experience, direct B2C e-commerce experience a plus
  • Track record of driving swift, high-quality decision-making in a cross-functional, collaborative environment
  • Experience leveraging UX research, market research, and A/B testing to inform product strategy
  • Inspiring and engaging communication skills (visual, written, verbal)
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to be creative, practical and scrappy with resource constraints


$115,000 - $135,000 a year
