Senior IT Engineer

As a Senior IT Engineer at CMC, your primary responsibilities include providing Tier 2 technical support for escalations, architecting and implementing infrastructure and cloud solutions for our clients, and ensuring smooth operation of their IT environments. You will be actively involved in project work, troubleshooting, and collaborating with account managers to align IT strategies with clients' business goals.

To qualify for the Senior IT Engineer role at CMC, you should have 10+ years of hands-on IT experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years in an MSP environment. A deep knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and Azure is essential. Familiarity with firewalls, networking fundamentals, and virtualization technologies is also required. Certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
