Job Summary

This job schedules appointments with qualified leads for the field sales team that fit the qualification criteria. Leads are provided by management. Works on straight forward tasks using established procedures.

Job Description

***ENTRY LEVEL SOLAR SALES POSITION***

** HOURLY + UNCAPPED COMMISSION**

Core Responsibilities

  • Presenting and setting up appointments for company products and services to be sold to new and existing customers
  • Engaging with potential leads to understand their solar energy needs and requirements
  • Reaching agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolving customer inquiries and complaints
  • Setting follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Scheduling meetings for new leads and older leads in system for the outside sales team to go pitch/run
  • Covering incoming leads as well as assigned leads during other team members’ absences as needed
  • Qualifying leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with the company's offerings
  • Responding to incoming leads that come in via email or by phone after hours and on weekends
  • Performing data entry and data maintenance of each new lead with accurate and appropriate information
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation

Primary Location Pay Range: $20.36 - $30.54

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
